Saqlawi-Al Abd by strain, tail female *URFAH, Aman is an extremely athletic and powerfully built stallion.  He is truly "Mr. Personality" and I consider him my "miracle baby".  His dam suffered a front leg injury on April 17, 1992; she was improperly handled by the vet and became so bad after just a few days that she was unable to walk.  What we went through with her and the pain she must have been in, I can't even begin to describe here.  I thought I had lost them both a couple of times, but that grand old mare carried her foal for exactly one month.   In the early hours of May 16, Faleena managed to lay down and Aman was literally "shot out", and he has been a "mover" ever since!

As Faleena was not able to be moved since the injury, Aman was born under a tree and spent his first couple of weeks there, surrounded by hay bales, like a fort.  This did not stop him however, and thanks to his momma pulling the bales down at night to eat he was jumping them within days!  Faleena learned to just let him go.

A grandson of the renowned *IBN MONIET EL NEFOUS, Aman's pedigree is a rich blend of new Straight Egyptian and Babson bloodlines, with a CMK (tail female) and he is a very prepotent powerhouse!

All of Aman's foals possess his good looks, are very athletic and virtually "bomb proof".  His 2-year-old daughter PGF Khandid Beauty was Top Five at the 2008 Regional Sport Horse show, actually 3rd. in the placings. Aman is a 100% color producer to date and all but one are mares.  This year's foal is a Half-Appaloosa filly, a gorgeous bay with a white blanket.  She looks like she has wings on her butt!

Originally saddle trained by Harlan Blumenthal, who trained many of the Northwest's premier and famous Straight Egyptian horses, Aman is very tractable and displays great performance potential in a number of disciplines.
