HILL ADDIA (at left) with SHAHADDIA |

This special mare is the dam of Shah Aliha and Shahaddia. Outside of Faleena, this is the sweetest horse I have
ever been around. Addia's sire, AL METRABBI, a Legion of Supreme Merit winner, was bred by Gleannloch Farms and the only colt
ever produced by crossing *MORAFIC on one of his own daughters. For many years he was an important and pre-potent stallion for
and the pride of Anchor Hill Farms. Addia, in her own right, is a wonderful producer and a "dead ringer" for AL METRABBI.
I am very proud to own two of his granddaughters.

*About her sire:
Al Metrabbi, out of the mare *Sammara, was the only colt ever produced by crossing *Morafic on one of his own daughters. Al Metrabbi
was the 1970 U.S. National Champion Futurity Colt, won a U.S. Top Ten in trail, and was a Legion of Supreme Merit winner. For
many years he was an important stallion—and friend—for the Tom Atkinson family of Anchor Hill Farm, Rogersville, Missouri.
Although deceased, he was the 1995 Leading Performance Sire ranked by points. |
